Social Media

Shoe Garden will be represented on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. All modes of social media will be shoppable through a link to our website. Our social media manager will post daily including live streams to showcase our products offered through brick & mortar and online. Promotions will be posted to all channels during times of decreased spending by customers, which will also be applied in our brick & mortar store. Styled pictures of models all ages and genders will be posted daily to drive customers to shop. All of these factors will help us to better understand our customers and play into our omnichannel strategy.

WHY?

According to Nectarom, using social media allows for brand personalization that is unique, increased interaction with our store, as well as improved data collection (Morrison, 2016).
